You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

Hi,
I am getting this error "You do not have permission to view this directory or page."when i set Required SSL to "Required" on IIS7. I have installed root and intermediate certificate just like https://pk.godaddy.com/help/installing-an-ssl-certificate-in-microsoft-iis-7-4801.When i open website it prompt for select a certificate when i select certificate and submit i got this error.Please help.
