I've setup and enabled negotiate/kerberos and standard authentication. for the clients of the internal network everything is working great. For the external client I've expected iis doing a fallback to standard authentication because the kdc isn't available form the outside but it seems like it is trying to do a kerberos authentication and failing.
Is it possible to force kerberos for the internal network and standard for the rest without setting up two separate websites?
