IIS7 Configuration : Application authentication

Hello,

I have 2 virtual directories setup in IIS Manager.

Both are pointing to the same fysical path.

I added the (same) application in both virtual directories.

I want to

• set the authentication on the application in the first virtual directory to 'anonymous' 
• set the authentication on the application in the second virtual directory to 'windows'

For some reason, if I change the authentication method in the first virtual directory, the authentication method in the second virtual directory.  

If I do the changes in the 2nd virtual directory, my settings in the first virtual directory are overwritten.

Note :

I'm on windows server 2012R2
