Multiple SSL Certs for the Same WebSite

Is it possible to use multiple SSL Certs for the same site? I have Drupal running on IIS7.5, Windows 2008 R2.  It is a farm environment.  When our "regular" employees come to the site, they have to sign in to see pages specific to their department, but they are not uploading documents.  I have an SSL cert on port 443 for "intranet.ads.cot" and that is working.  However, for employees who can actually upload documents, I need them to go to one specific server (replication reasons), but they still need to sign in so I need this going over HTTPS also.  I want to put in a cert for "intranet01".

I see I can add one cert specifically for the IP address (which I have for the "intranet.ads.cot" address). I was wondering if it is adviseable to use the "all unassigned" for "intranet01" to accomplish this.  Since I can't specify a host name on https, I don't know if that will just confuse things or not.

Any guidance is appreciated.
