Restricting specific url access through IIS

Hi,

Wish to learn if there is a way to configure IIS 7.5 to restrict the    /admin      URL access of a website only to the Intranet while the rest of the website URL's are hosted on the Internet ?

eg.,

The www.samplewebsite.com/admin URL should only be available on the Intranet while the the other URL's onwww.samplewebsite.com  be available on the Internet
