Windows Authetication "Providers" link missing in IIS 7.0

On our Windows 2008 servers, I am unable to see the Providers link under Windows Authentication (which is enabled).

I have confirmed that the IIS Windows Authentication role is installed and nothing seems to be different between our IIS 7.5 server where the Providers link is present.

Any ideas on how to get it to show up would be appreciated.
