Is UrlScan 3.1 compatible with IIS 8.0 ?

Hello,

I read that UrlScan 3.1 extension is compatible with IIS 7.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5728).

It is also compatible with IIS 8.0 without adverse effects on performance and stability for example ?

Otherwise, how can I reproduce the same functionnalities of UrlScan 3.1 in IIS 8.0especially setting RequestLimits, Allow/DenyVerbs, Allow/Deny Extensions, Deny UrlSequences, SQL Injection etc ?
