Enable TLS_FALLBACK_SCSV on iis 7.5 - Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi,

i am trying to achieve A+ ranking in ssl lab testing tool, the only thing that stands in-between is to enable TLS_FALLBACK_SCSV, i checked the internet and came to the fact that on window server 2008 R2- IIS 7.5 this is not doable.

I need a work around :)
