NTFS files uploaded with legacy Uploadfy

2012 r2 + IIS 7
PHP 5.4.24
Uploadfy
--------------------------------------------
Hello,

the problem :
When a user uploads a file with Uploadfy, other users can not download it via filezilla by example.

Diagnosis:

"Uploadfy" saves uploaded files in a folder (sub-folder "C: \ APP \ LBS2 \ WWW \ FTP \ WB_UPLOAD_v2_BAT \ FR \ DATA \ TempUpload ").

This file has a correct NTFS security (right for everyone).
BUT the uploaded file inside has other NTFS permissions:
- System: Full Control
- Administrators: Full Control
- The user who uploaded total control

I therefore find that the legacy is not applied (Here is missing the user "CLIENT-FTP"), so that other users are not in the list of NTFS permissions, he has no rights by default.
So it can not download. To check this, if I change the NTFS right, everything works (User "FTP-CLIENT" with a
Full Access).

I controlled:
- The parent folder has the correct permissions (User "FTP-CLIENT" with full access).
- That inheritance works for the folder in question: If I create a file directly on the server (without using Uploadfy, ex. Right click + "new text file") rights are properly inherited.

How to set NTFS permissions for uploaded files inherit rights from the parent folder?

Thank you in advance for experts
