FTP Windows authentication help.

Hi, 

I am trying to set up an FTP server with 2 virtual sites and allow a domain accounts access tot hem. Our old windows 2003 ftp server has this configured but i cant seem to find how to set this up on 2012 (2003 server was way before my time here).

I have installed windows authontiaction and ensured it was enabled on my FTP site by following this article.

Please help, i am out of ideas.
