Hi there.
I'm looking for either a module for IIS 8.5 or a third-party "one-time fee" software that can do any of the following:
1.) Automatically Ban IP Address if set quota is reached (ban for a period of time).
2.) Automatically Throttle IP Addresses that use all of the set quota.
I've looked around and can only find bandwidth monitoring software that either just monitors, or you need to manually add an IP to a black list, this is no good for dynamic attackers that attack at all hours of a day.
I'm strictly after something that can automatically cut someone off when the quota is reached without human intervention.
I've looked into "I.P address and domain restrictions" though it only includes the following features:
- Deny IP Address based on the number of concurrent requests
- Deny IP Address based on the number of requests over a period of time
Although these are helpful options to have available, it doesn't solve my particular issue.
Example of what I'm after:
- Deny IP Address based on quota used over a period of time.
