Disable RC4 Ciphers in IIS7 with out using Registry

Hi Team,

In our WCF service, we need to disable "Weak SSL Ciphers" and also SSL 2.0 and 3.0. I searched in many forums the solution is only through Registry.

But other than doing this through registry is there any way to disable them. Via coding or any other.

Please Suggest
