Security Error

I am getting a security error on a site that was working fine yesterday.  the error is:

Security Exception
  Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy.  To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

The only changes are, installed Crystal Reports for VS and updated AjaxToolKit.  The pages work fine when running on the server but do not work anywhere else on the network.
