Making a folder writeable on IIS7 & Windows server 2016

Hello,

I have a Windows server 2016, and installed IIS7 on it. Now I installed wordpress. ANd installed the WooComerce plugin. I checked system status and I get this:
To allow logging, make 

C:\inetpub\wwwroot/wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/

WC_LOG_DIR

But how to make a folder writeable or define a custom WC_LOG_DIR???

Can somebody make a easy, step by step comment? Because I'm a little bit nooby.
